Double room available in detached house

I have a double room available in detached house. I am away quite a bit so effectively you would also get the space needed when I’m away.
I have a little sausage dog Daisy but there is an arrangement in place where she also stays away and is not always in the property.
As I live alone the main aim would be for it to be comfortable all round where everyone has enough space to come and go. I am also interested in any short term arrangements or 5 day deals for professionals.
The house is only five minutes from the local market town which has many coffee shops and restaurants. It is also accessible with bus services and to the A19.

This will affect my council tax that is on a band E and I have factored this in to the cost displayed.
