A lovely, light and spacious, double room is available in my large, 5 bedroom house. I am looking for a woman to share with myself and my daughter (aged 17).

The rooms are large and the ground floor is open plan, with a separate lounge. There are another two seating areas, a large dining area and a small table in the kitchen also. There is also a hall and study area.

The house is a 10/15 minute walk to Yarm High Street, in a quiet street, and is very handy for access onto the A19, hospitals, universities etc.

There is a large drive for several cars and also plenty of off-street parking. There is a large rear garden.

We have a beautiful and peaceful home and live with love and integrity. We are considerate of each other's private space whilst sharing and cooking together also some days.
