Room available in Yarm

I am looking for a sociable flatmate in a two bed apartment just off the high street in Yarm. The flat is very modern with all amenities including high speed internet, BT tv, Netflix, Amazon prime and Disney+. The room available is the large green bedroom with an en-suite. The landlord is very flexible on painting the room - so if you don’t like the green you can go for any neutrals
I have a small dog that lives with me, she goes to doggy day care during the week so shouldn’t be a bother if you’re working from home.
The kitchen is relatively small but we can look to getting more shelves if needed.
