Double room available for single occupancy in a professional household, in a quiet area of Abergele with off road parking. Sorry no couples or home workers.

Situated within a short walk to the town centre, you’ll have access to pubs, shops, leisure centre, eateries, petrol station, library and other local amenities. Abergele is very accessible to the A55 and Glan Clwyd Hospital & has many bus routes that are within a few minutes walk, in addition to Abergele & Pensarn train station, which is around a 10-15min walk away. Ideally located for those working in local hospitals or business parks.

Lodger will have access to a shared bathroom with shower over bath, kitchen, lounge and small conservatory. Use of washing machine also included for domestic laundry.

Room is offered at £550 per calendar month - which includes all bills, WIFI and fortnightly clean of room (TV license payable by applicant if relevant).
- There will also be a deposit payable at the commencement of the agreement.
- Room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers.

Current occupant is a young-hearted, professional employed lady, who is courteous, clean and caring. Also in the house is a very friendly and playful 2yr old border collie, who is very well behaved.
