Annexe, with it's own toilet and shower facilities

Hello, we are letting out an annexe on the ground floor of our house. The property is a large detached house by the beach in Abergele/Belgrano. Pensarn train station is of walking distance around half a mile away. There is also a bus stop at the top of the road. Glan clwyd hospital is also about 3 miles away.

We are a sociable outdoorsy type of couple and are always out hiking or kayaking on the weekend. The room is a converted garage with its own toilet and shower facilities. It does not have it's own entrance/exit and access to the annexe is gained through the normal shared front door of the house. The entrance to the room is just off the kitchen. The kitchen diner will be shared with the owners, although there will be a personal fridge/freezer, microwave and kettle for the lodger in the annexe. It is a very spacious property and only two of us live here so you can be certain of peace and quiet. The house has two living rooms and plenty of communal space. The property also has a large sunny garden with a wildlife pond, and decking area.

We are looking for a professional working person and we will consider all length of stay durations. We have a small breed dog called Archie who is very friendly, and house trained. We also have a cat that is outdoors most of the time. I would prefer it if your profile had a picture, and a brief description of your situation and employment otherwise I may not reply.
