We are situated 5 minutes from the A55 ideally situated to anyone working in the Rhyl/Denby/Glan Clwyd Hospital area.

There is a garden to the front and rear and detached garage if you need to store bikes etc.

I'm looking for a lodger who is as respectful of my home, boundaries and personal space as I will be of theirs.
This is a health conscious, chilled, drama free zone. Vibe is authentic, peaceful, lightness and fun. I work from home, so preference is for a professional that goes out to work during the daytime.

Short term and contractors very welcome. Bedding, towels and weekly cleaning services available if required..
Must be a non smoker and in full time employment please. Brick built store suitable for storing a bicycle.
Live in landlord.
Rent payable weekly or four weekly in advance.
