Dressing room next door for your belongings. Shared lounge, kitchen, garden, downstairs toilet. Parking for 1 car available at front of house. I occupy the smaller bedroom and main bathroom but you are also welcome to use the main bathroom. Rent is 450 payable directly to the landlord each month. The deposit is directly to the landlord. The remainder payable to me each month for bills split 50/50 - coucil tax, energy, wifi and water. I work Monday-Friday with some weekend work. Feel free to message for any more pictures, queries.
