Dressing room next door for your belongings. Shared lounge, kitchen, garden, downstairs toilet. Parking for 1 car available at front of house. I occupy the smaller bedroom and main bathroom. Total cost per month £660 for rent and all bills. Rent is payable directly to the landlord each month. The deposit is directly to the landlord.
