I have a small double bedroom comprising of a double bed, small bedside drawers, clothes rail/shelving unit and a full length mirror available immediately. You will also have sole use of your own bathroom which consists of a bath, shower over the bath, basin and toilet.

I'm looking for professionals and females only please.

The property is a modern (10 years old) 3 bedroom semi-detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac which backs onto Doctors accommodation on the Glan Clwyd Hospital site. It has a Kitchen/Diner, Lounge with Sky TV and Broadband, Garden with Patio and Parking for 2 cars. You will also have the use of a washing machine and tumble dryer and all cleaning equipment / materials etc. Bedding and towels are provided if required. I have really good, friendly neighbours and we never have any bother on the estate. The hospital is a 10-15 minute walk from the house and we have excellent transport links nearby.

A little about me . . . I’m 38, employed full time within Further Education. I enjoy socialising with friends and family, exercising, watching films, going out for meals, cinema, walks etc.

I offer the room out for £400 per calendar month (paid in advance to a nominated bank account). This covers all bills (excl. international phone calls and box office films). I also ask for a £200 deposit to cover the furniture within the room which would be returned at the end of the agreement (subject to a satisfactory inspection). I also like to have details of 2 referees.

I'm very laid back and do not impose any strict rules but expect anyone staying with me to respect my home (and neighbours) and share the cleaning of all communal areas. You will be expected to clean your own personal spaces.
