Single Room to let in Brymbo near Wrexham

The single room is 8 foot x 8 foot square ! It has a metal framed single bed , a wardrobes and a 40 inch tv ,
Newly rewired with plenty of new sockets and carpeted throughout .
The bathroom is shared with a lockable door consisting of a bath and shower over the bath .
The kitchen is shared and fully stocked with every gadget .
You will have use of the Washing machine , fridge freezer , tumble dryer( to be used when the washing lines are uneffective) and time and energy saving dishwasher .
I stress i would prefer everyone to put their dishes in the dishwasher as dishes clean more hygienically and to be fully loaded when used .
Also have a press to iron your clothes .
Full use of the lounge which has a large sofa , dining table / chairs plus a 65 inch wall mounted tv .
Athe rear there is a herb garden and plots to grow your own vegetables .
Also there is a Gazebo / balcony to relax in the spring/ summer months with chairs and coffee table wheras smoking is permitted.
Linen , toilet paper , washing and dishwasher tabs and powder is included plus full use of the washing lines and pegs supplied .
I expect you to respect my Property / Privacy and to keep the kitchen / bathroom areas clean at all times after use and then we will have no issues .
I am a friendly person , am easy going and willing to help when needed .
Power washer to clean your vehicle if you have one is available to use also.
The room may be small but the amenities make up for it .

Also would like to add , my house is a 10 to 15 minute drive into Wrexham and has a bus pick up point virtually 200 yards away from my house into wherever you want to travel to every 30 minutes .
Also there is a well stocked local shop nearby that is a stone” s throw away.
