Double room to let in a quiet area .

I have a double room to let , fully furnished to the highest standard with new wardrobes, bed side tables ( lights incl).
The room also consists of metal framed double bed , 50 inch TV , newly rewired with plenty of new sockets and carpeted throughout .
Linen is included plus full use of the washing machine and tumble dryer .
Two washing lines and pegs supplied , A Steam press to iron your clothes , All kitchen equipment to use , Shared fridge / freezer and use of Dining table and chairs .The lounge has a sofa and use of the 65 inch TV . At the rear of the property i have a Gazebo with summer chairs of which you can entertain your friends / family .
I expect you to respect my Property / Privacy and to keep the kitchen / bathroom areas clean at all times after use and then we will have no issues .
I am a friendly person , am easy going and willing to help when needed , the person i am looking for must adhere to my rules and we will get on fine .
Will consider couples .
Also would like to add , my house is a 10 to 15 minute drive into Wrexham city centre and has bus pick up points into wherever you want to travel to , and a well stocked local shop nearby .
