Double bedroom

I’m a teacher looking to rent out my spare room. I’m often away at weekends so you’d sometimes get the house to yourself. I keep it very clean and tidy and I’m looking for someone who will look after it as I do. I have a very friendly pet cat. I’m very easy to get on with and it would be nice to live with someone who I can also have a drink and a laugh with. I have a hottub in the garden (only one of the lay-z-spas) which you’d be welcome to use and I also have a garage for storage.
