House share in luxurious modern detached property.

Room for one more to join my house. You will have use of a very large bathroom with extremely powerful shower and lovely bath with steps leading to it. Shared kitchen, utility and downstairs toilet.
The Astroturf garden is South facing and therefore catches the sun all day. On nice days we often all sit out here and I will fire the BBQ up. There are two large decking areas. The extensive lounge houses a pull down projector screen which we use for sport.
This is an easy going household, drama free which is why I prefer an older occupier.
Train station is a 10 minute walk from the property connecting to Chester, Wrexham and Liverpool. Local shops and pubs in even less walking distance.
