House share in luxurious modern detached property.

Room for one more to join my house. You will have use of very large bathroom with extremely powerful shower and lovely bath with steps leading to it. Shared kitchen utility and downstairs toilet.
The Astroturf garden is South facing and therefore catches the sun all day. On nice days we often all sit out here and I will fire the BBQ up. There are two large decking areas. The extensive lounge houses a pull down projector screen which we use for sport. This is an easy going household, drama free which is why I prefer an older occupier.
If anyone is interested in moving in I will empty the dinning room. I have had people in here before and it easily accommodates a double bed.
It is next to the lounge which has the router in and so has the best internet connection. The downstairs toilet is just across the hall and kitchen & utility rooms to the left.

£110 per week, with all bills included.
