Hi all
I’m flexible and will soon have a single or double room for rent furnished or unfurnished. There’s a spare living room you can have for privacy. Driveway parking, Kitchen and bathroom would be shared.
The room is not yet available but will be very soon. As the bathroom and kitchen are both currently being renovated. Then it will be a good enough standard to rent.
It’s a quiet ish area and I’m after a simple arrangement to make some money towards then bills while I finish off the house ready to let in 6 months.
Ideally set days per week when my young son isnt here, or ideally someone who is easy to have around him so no drinkers, smokers.
The reason I have opted for a female as an ideal lodger is because i have a small child who lives with me. I have never had a lodger with us before. And I believe it would normalise the experience for my 6 year old if it was a professional female who has a living good routine.
Gardens are a bit tatty but the majority of the house has been renovated so it’s a nice place to live with gas and electric included. I estimate it will be available to rent by late October to early November

Absolutely do not want anyone who gets heavily intoxicated or having groups of people visiting and making my home an uncomfortable place - my 6 year old son is the priority and it is important that this is respected

I’m easy going usually out working away with my business and when I’m home I’ve got my 6 year old son with me or I’m decorating the house. The house is usually quiet Sunday to Wednesday then Thursday to Saturday my son is here
The bedrooms are done and got new carpets, walls, blinds etc. Just need to finish the bathroom and kitchen so it’s a liveable standard.
If you aren’t fussed about using a bathroom and kitchen that is mid renovation then you could become a lodger within a few days
