I have a large, furnished double bedroom including plenty of storage for rent.

As for the rest of the house, there is a new bathroom with an amazing shower over bath; a large living room with new sofa and spacious, modern kitchen including table, washing machine, dryer, gas cooker, fridge/freezer and wireless broadband throughout. Essentially, it is a fully furnished house.

It has a private garden which isn't overlooked, a private drive for off road parking and is convenient to the main roads (A55, M56) for commuting. It is located in a quiet area of Buckley, N. Wales.

I work away during the week so you would effectively have the whole spacious 3 bed semi-detached house to yourself as no one else lives there during the week. I am considering mon-fri lets only.

My current tenant has a new job and therefore is moving back to his hometown but he has been really happy in the house. It is available immediately.

Monthly rental of £400 and would include all bills.
