Furnished Double room, Mon-Fri let

The house comes completely furnished and the bedroom is a good sized double including plenty of storage space. There is a modern bathroom with power shower and bath.

Downstairs there is a large living room leading to a kitchen including washing machine, tumble dryer, gas cooker and usual appliances. There is wireless broadband throughout.

It has a private garden which isn't overlooked, a drive for off-road parking, detached secure garage and is convenient to the main roads (A55, M56) for commuting.

I work away during the week so you would have the house to yourself. I am ideally looking for a Mon-Fri let as I return back at the weekends, but can be open to discussing renting for the whole week, if the situation suits both of us. It is available now and monthly rental would be £400 including all bills.
