Small double room to rent finished

The room is a good single room or small double.
The room has a double bed in the room plus wardrobe and bedside table.
All bills included ie electric internet water etc.
we are a working couple who are always on the go we like to chill out in the evening by watching our favourite programs and films.
We live in end of terrace cottage with a big garden.
you will have shared use of every room except our bedroom.
We are respectful and clean people.
We enjoy a social life with family and friends who live in the area but don't have house parties unless it's a birthday.
We have the occasional Bbq.
We are a friendly outgoing couple who have been together awhile now and made a dedicated move from Portsmouth over a year ago.
Sorry no parking available although close to local car park
