Double room, clean quiet home £100 per week

Hi im looking to rent out my spare room
Am easy going i work full time.
I have a cat called colin ,
Bedroom is a double with a king size bed and a sofa in , plus drawers and a wardrobe if extra space needed I have cupboards in small spare room or loft space
Looking for a clean tidy person
House has downstairs toilet and bathroom upstairs , central heating, broadband , is spotless and well maintained
I'm not looking for someone who works from home.
Driveway to park car
Garden at rear with access and a shed or lockable cupboard outside if anyone has tools
£200 deposit with 2 weeks upfront.
References required
No timewasters please
