The room is in a spacious three-bedroom bungalow which has stunning views and is located only five minutes from Llandegla Mountain Biking Centre and a fifteen minute drive from Wrexham town centre.

It is a large double room with fitted, sliding-door wardrobes. There is a private en-suite bathroom with a separate water heater and timer. It has recently been plastered and painted. There is a double bed and bedside cabinets.

There is a sizeable kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine), and separate dining room. The dining room could be turned into another living room if you wanted to have your own space.

A large living room with a log burning stove is lovely and cosy in winter! There is an oil fired boiler too which keeps the house at a constant temperature. There are 2 conservatories, one of which I use as an office and would be more than happy to share.

There is a bus stop within walking distance and I am on the B5430. There is ample off-road parking as well as 2 double garages where we keep motorbikes, mountain bikes and kayaks.

I have a cleaner who comes in every fortnight to clean the communal areas. If you would like them to clean your bedroom and/or bathroom, you can pay them directly.

I am a primary school teacher so am up early during the week. Feel free to have friends over but within reason on a school night! I have a good sense of humour and am up for a laugh.
