Rural country cottage shared with owners. Self contained annex accommodation with private living room/dining area, own staircase to king size bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet. Small kitchenette with fridge, freezer, microwave and cooker. Downstairs toilet and washing machine shared with owners. Very private and quiet accommodation with spectacular views of Moel Fammau, close to the village of Cilcain - 3 miles, Mold Town Centre 6 miles and Denbigh 10miles but only 5 miles from A55. Access to the cottage is down a gravelled country lane with plenty of off road parking and use of a large garden.

We are looking for a professional person who will be going out to work most days-
No full time homeworkers will be considered!

The annex will suit someone who likes the countryside, piece and quiet. The room is a double, but is for single occupancy only. All bills are included - electric, oil, water rates, council tax, heating, TV licence, broadband.

Short or long term let. Mon to Friday at a reduced rate will be considered.
