You would have a furnished double bedroom, shared bathroom with one other person and use of a shared living room, kitchen, conservatory and utility room (with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer). I have my own living room so we probably wouldn't see much of each other. There is off street parking, broadband internet, sky tv and all bills and council tax included.

Shops, pubs and takeaways are within a short distance and there is a bus stop nearby. Buses go to Wrexham approximately every 30 minutes. It is an ideal location for commuting to Wrexham, Chester, Ruthin, Oswestry or Mold areas.

There is lovely countryside nearby and it's in a great location if you like walking.
