They will have their own double bedroom and on the same floor a private bathroom and cosy lounge area for personal use, with flat screen TV and nice roof top views. To the outdoors is a large front drive with ample parking and a private back garden with outbuildings, accessed via a new decking area from the shared kitchen. Somewhere to escape to and find your own space without any difficulty. A peaceful, quiet home which retains its period feel and just 2 minutes walk to the beach and lovely promenade. It is 8 minutes walk to Colwyn Bay Train Station, with direct routes to London. I am looking for a working professional who is tidy, non- smoking and respectful of their living environment. Will require a deposit.
