Refurbished character victorian property, just by the sea in Colwyn Bay and close to all amenities and nearby shopping centre with Morrisons and to the west, Lidl.

The lodger will have a choice of 7 bedroom across 2 floors. All rooms have a large flat screen TV with netflix. Each floor has a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. On the first floor there is a large master bedroom with ensuite and dressing room ideal for a couple, a single bedroom, and a large double bedroom with a bay window. On the second floor there is a large separate twin bedroom, king sized bedroom and a single bedroom, most bedrooms have a desk.

There is a large communal lounge and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen.

To the outdoors is a large front drive with ample parking and a private back garden with outbuildings, accessed via a new decking area from the shared kitchen.

A peaceful, quiet home which retains its period feel and just 2 minutes walk to the beach and lovely promenade. It is 8 minutes walk to Colwyn Bay Train Station, with direct routes to London. My wife and I do not live here. We have a weekly cleaner and the house is inspected weekly.

All Bills and Internet/wifi included, towels and bedding provided with all beds having new pillows and duvets.
