Room to let in Colwyn Bay

Room to let in large 3 storey house close to Colwyn Bay town centre.
Newly decorated double room. Access to living room, kitchen, modern shower room and utility room with washing machine and dryer.
I sometimes stay at the property 2/3 nights per week. I Would be doing some decorating work on the groundfloor of the property. My son and his girlfriend live at the house. They are easy going.
Room available, kitchen, shower room all on middle floor of property.
On street parking, all bills included.
Looking for responsible person, references would be required.
