Room to let in Colwyn Bay

Room to let in large 3 storey house close to Colwyn Bay town centre. The room is available from October 1st. Can do viewings from September 1st as room is currently occupied. Could potentially arrange occupancy within the month of September.
The resident will have access to living room, kitchen, bathroom and utility room with washing machine and dryer. There is also an area of the utility room that serves as a home gym with a rowing machine, pull up and dip stand and free weights that would be available.
I usually stay at the property midweek. My son and his girlfriend live at the house. They are easy going.
Room available, kitchen, bathroom are all on middle floor of property.
On street parking, all bills included.
