I have 1 rooms available to rent in my home, I'm a single mum and my 12 year old lives at home. Already have another female renting one room. Females preferred. I'm a community nurse and I work 9-5 and occasionally on the weekend too. My evening is spent driving my daughter to her various clubs.
House is located a short distance from the town centre and train station. Quite area and quite household.
Smaller bedroom has a small double bed, wardrobe and drawers, £550. NOW LET
Larger bedroom has a king size lift up bed, wardrobe and drawers plus walk in wardrobe and TV. £625.
Shared kitchen/living room and bathroom.
Non-smokers and professional working preferred.
Someone who is clean, tidy and respectful.
Price includes all bills.
we have a family cat, pets considered if they get along with her.
