I have 1 rooms available to rent in my home for a single working professional. I'm a single mum and my 12 year old lives at home. Already have another female renting one room.
House is located a short distance from the town centre and train station. Quite area and quite household.
Larger bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe and drawers plus walk in wardrobe and TV. £600.
Shared kitchen/living room and bathroom.
Non-smokers and professional working preferred.
Someone who is clean, tidy, quiet and respectful.
Price includes all bills including WiFi.
we have a family pet cat so unfortunately I can't accept any other animals other than another cat.
