My second bedroom has recently become available, I am looking for a professional person to take the spare room for £500 per month.
Convenient location with fast links to North Wales Expressway.
You will have a spacious double bedroom, use of one of the car parking spaces, kitchen, bathroom (inc shower etc.) Washer/Dryer and and partial use of the backgarden which is undergoing renovation. Double bed and mattress can be provided as noted, but you can bring your own if you'd prefer.
The bedroom comes with 2 chest of drawers, a clothes rail and a TV.
My routine is 9-5, 5 days per week. I work from home on Mondays and Thursdays.
Tenant must be okay with my dog, who is very friendly.
Smoking outside only, no music after 10PM on a weeknight
