Two bed large appartment, chill vibes

Hey,
I'm currently stuck with a 2 bed flat in Colwyn Bay as me and my partner have separated.

I'm looking for a chill flat mate who I can click with to share my home. The flat is already decorated however, I'm open to inspiration, this is your home too.
The room currently had a slight discolouration on the wall from a leak upstairs however this is currently scaffolding around the building fixing the previous issues.
There are currently no other occupants in the building.

Bedroom: large double bedroom with a large window that opens from the top and bottom.
Lounge: Large open space which currently has a large L shaped sofa, fireplace, fridge (the kitchen plan is weird, you'll see)
Kitchen: Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Fryer, Steamer, all of these are shared with your responsibility to keep clean
Bathroom: A large walk in shower, a bath, toilet and sink
