We have run our home as a large Airbnb sleeping 10 people for the past 6 years. We have taken the decision to stop doing this and give ourselves a bit more freedom by renting out a couple of the bedrooms from January. The rooms offered are fully furnished large double bedrooms, one being on the ground floor. Both will be available from 11th January.
The property is a large Victorian house in Colwyn Bay just a 5 minute walk to the train station, shops or beach and there is easy access to the A55 North Wales Expressway at junction 21 making the whole of the north wales easily accessible.
The accommodation comprises of:
Level access to Front door and porch area, this leads into a large hallway which in turn has access to:
A comfortable furnished lounge, with television and some streaming services..
The downstairs bedroom which is a fully furnished large double. It is light and airy with both bay and side windows.
A large kitchen diner (there is one small step down from the hallway). this is fully equipped with all you could need including microwave and dishwasher.
There is then a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer and a downstairs bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.
The stairs in the hallway leads to the first floor landing where there is a full family bathroom with sink, bath that has a rain shower and toilet. The second bedroom is also a large fully furnished double bedroom with bay and side windows.
Access to our living area is also from this floor.
All bedrooms have door locks, a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, wardrobe,, TV, curtains and seating areas.
The house has gas central heating and is double glazed throughout.
Externally there is a garden and patio area and plenty of free on street parking. The driveway can be made available for moving in etc.
All household bills and high speed WiFi are included.
Myself and my husband live at the house with our two small friendly (non shedding) dogs. We do have a self contained living area in the top of the house but will need occasional access to the communal kitchen, lounge and downstairs bathroom. We do spend time away from the house but would always be contactable in case of any problems or issues.

We are Sarah and Neale, we are both in our 50's and We moved to the area 6 years ago from High Wycombe as we needed a life change. I had spent several years as a nurse then working as cabin crew for British Airways and Neale had spent years working in social care as a social worker, home manager and in different roles within a special school.
We set the house up as an Airbnb and it has been very successful but with new legislation in relation to holiday lets and licensing coming in for Wales it is making it less viable, hence the change to us letting rooms.
Our dogs are Honey and Murphy and once they've had a treat off you they'll love you forever.. They will not be out of our area of the house without us so should cause you no problems. Both of them are hypoallergenic non shedding dogs so there are no dog hairs around.
