House share

Single room available in a quiet area of mochdre with parking facilities and garden. I'm a single parent with my son at collage who only comes home during holidays. I have two dogs and a cat so it must be someone that likes animals. I sometimes work long hours so would like someone that would see to the animals when I'm in work.
My house consists of 3 bedrooms 3 rooms down stairs and 2 bathrooms and kitchen.
Buses from this area go to LLandudno, Conwy and through Colwyn Bay making these places easily accessible.
Even though I am not asking for a deposit rent will be asked for in advance pcm.
I am looking for someone who is a working professional who is easy going and will put up with the animals
