A double room will be available within a three bedroom semi-detached house in one of the nice areas of Colwyn Bay.
The house has a large, private back garden and is close to a bus stop and also Eirias Park.
I recently purchased the house and it is currently undergoing a (costly!) makeover of every room. The third bedroom will be used as an office, so will not be tenanted.
Young professional/student is a must. Happy to have you Monday>Friday at a reduced rate. Also happy to lift share if you work towards Glan Clwyd hospital way.
Wifi will be available (Engineer coming 11th August to reactivate line)
