Very small single room available in a very friendly house.
Bright little room with access to two bathrooms with showers, kitchen and a garden to relax in.
Very good access to Chester university and lots of local work opportunities. Five minute walk to lots of shops, food vendors and a large Asda.
You will need a reference. You will also need a months rent and months rent deposit up front.
You must be clean, kind and considerate of other housemates as we are a very friendly house with people who look out for each other. This is essential!
