I have two rooms available in my modern four-bedroom home on a quiet new-build development in Garden City, Deeside.

This is much more of a relaxed home environment than a typical shared house. I’m a friendly, easy-going live-in professional and I’m looking for people who want somewhere comfortable, clean and peaceful where they can genuinely feel at home.

The top floor has two bedrooms plus its own shower room and toilet, so it gives tenants a good level of privacy and effectively creates a separate living area within the house.

Room 1 – Large Double Room – £625 pcm
A spacious double bedroom with plenty of room for a double bed, wardrobes, drawers, desk and additional furniture.

Suitable for one person or potentially a couple, subject to an adjusted rent for additional occupancy.

Room 2 – Double Room – £575 pcm
A comfortable double bedroom, ideal for a single working professional.

All bills are included, including council tax, gas, electricity, water, broadband/Wi-Fi and household waste collection, so you have one simple monthly payment.

I work full-time Monday to Friday and I’m out of the house for much of the working week, so the house is generally very quiet during the day.

The atmosphere here is relaxed and informal. I’m very easy-going about sharing the space and I want whoever moves in to feel comfortable rather than like they’re confined to their bedroom. I enjoy cooking, so there will often be extra food going around, and I’m naturally the sort of person who’ll help out where I can. Equally, I’m respectful of people’s privacy and independence.

Furnished or unfurnished

Both rooms are currently unfurnished, so you’re welcome to bring your own furniture.

If you’d prefer the room ready to move straight into, I can also arrange the essentials such as a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. The furniture would be yours, with the cost either paid upfront or spread over an agreed period.

Who I’m looking for

Ideally, I’m looking for working professionals who are:

Clean and respectful
Friendly but independent
Relatively quiet
Looking for somewhere comfortable to treat as home
No smoking and strictly no drugs.

Minimum tenancy is currently 3 months, with flexibility depending on circumstances.

A deposit is required and proof of employment, income and references may be requested.
