I’m looking for a friendly, respectful lodger to share my recently renovated Edwardian home in Denbigh.

The house has been extensively renovated over the last couple of years while keeping plenty of its original character. It’s a calm, clean home that’s perfect if you’re after somewhere relaxed rather than a party house.

The Garden 🌞

One of the best features of the house is the outdoor space.

There are both front and rear gardens, and the back garden is a real sun trap, catching the sun for most of the day. It’s a lovely place to enjoy breakfast, read a book, work outside or relax with a drink on summer evenings. There are plenty of established plants which make it feel peaceful and private.

I’m a professional working Monday to Friday from home. I’m tidy, easy-going and enjoy hiking, photography, travelling, music and cooking. I’m looking for someone who’ll treat the house like a home and is clean, considerate and respectful.
