The semi-rural town has local shops, chemists, supermarkets, leisure centre facilities, local college, restaurants, bars/pubs, and various social venues for recreational interests.

Property situated within easy access of A55 and local towns such as either Ruthin and Mold towards Chester, and/or St Asaph, Bodelwyddan, Abergele, Colwyn Bay towards Llandudno.

Countryside, for example, Denbigh Moor is not too far away and beyond for access to rural North Wales. Many local areas for walking/perhaps running (not tried running) are not too far away.

Resident homeowner and resident cat (mostly well-behaved) looking to share home for £350 per calender month.
