The room is available from Nov 2025 until approx. November 2026, when I plan to sell.

The house is a bungalow, with a shared shower room, open dining-kitchen, living room and conservatory. There's also a good sized garden.

There is parking available outside the property, on a private road.

Sharing with myself - 40 year old professional who works mainly from home, and a 5 year old cat who rules the roost.

Would suit single professional female, but would consider a couple at £525pcm.

Bus stop directly outside with buses towards Rhyl/Prestatyn or Flint/Holywell. Walking distance to Talacre beach (30 mins) or 5 min drive.

I'm happy to consider a Mon-Fri arrangement at reduced rent, which can be discussed.

Not suitable for WFH. Sorry no pets (might consider a small dog if it's very cat friendly)
