Spacious Double Room in 3 Bed Semi

1 double room in a 3 bed semi-detached house situated in quiet area but within 5 minute walking distance of local shops, pub and fastfood and 15 minutes walk (2 minute drive) of the town centre. Which has all major supermarkets, lesiure centre, library, etc.
There are also good travel links with the train station in the town and a bus stop a few minutes down the road (walking).
The room is a good sized single room furnished with bed, wardrobes, drawers and TV (Sky if wanted). WiFi is also included.
It is a clean and tidy house and the living areas are shared. I do smoke but never in the house as there is seating in the garden for this.
It is a comfortable house with double glazing and central heating, decorated fairly modern, washing machine and tumble dryer available.
Parking is off the drive but as it is a one entrance road we do not get any through traffic and is very quiet.
Looking for an easygoing, clean and tidy, respectable housemate.
