Fully Furnished Double Room

I have a double bedroom, fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk, 400pcm including all bills and unlimited broadband.

I am a live in landlady, clean and tidy... I work full time which can include some weekends.

I would also consider Monday to Friday let's as well as the normal 7 days.

My home is ideal for students on placements for short term contracts...as well as long term. I live by several schools so this would be handy for those studying teaching at uni who are placed in flint or near by areas.

I am ten minutes walk from the train station and there are plenty of buses, not far from deeside industrial estate and 15 mins from Broughton in the car.
