The Roost offers nothing but a ready made home in a modern world.

The property has been split into 2 floors with 8 fully furnished lettable bedrooms on the ground floor and a further 6 on the first floor.

Each floor has the benefit of a modern fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, we call our kitchens “twin kitchens” because there are 2 of everything in them so two sinks, 2 ovens, 2 hobs, 2 fridges and yes you guessed it, 2 freezers. Shame we haven’t been able to provide you with 2 chefs to cook your evening meals! Don’t bother bringing your pots, pans and tea towels we provide everything!

So, the bedrooms! Each room has a fitted double bed with underbed storage, all beds are dressed and are ready to fall into. There is a double wardrobe to store your bits and bobs and a desk and chair if you want to get your head down and do a bit of work.

There is of course an ensuite bathroom with a large walk in shower, in addition to a pedestal wash hand basin and low level WC. There are tiled walls and vinyl flooring.

The property has a superfast broadband system, no more hanging around waiting for your videos to upload, it works in every room, 24 hours a day.

There is a designated laundry room where you can wash, dry and iron your clothes and a private car park for residents only. What more could you need? : - )
