Short term only Double room, private living room

I have a double room available in my quiet family home in a cul de sac in Flint Mountain Village.
The room is part furnished (king size bed and drawers), this can be unfurnished if required.
I am also able to provide a private living room (unfurnished) and use of the family bathroom. This will mostly be private except for rare visitors!
There is parking available for 1 car on the private drive.
I will consider well behaved pets.
Use of the garden, utility, kitchen/ diner is shared but there will dedicated cupboard space for your cooking utensils and food.
I do require references as this is my home, I am looking for professionals and am happy to consider short term let’s if needed.
I am very easy going, happy to socialise but also after a long day at work having a quiet night in.
I have accepted an offer to sell the house . So this will only be short term let.
