King size bed, triple wardrobe, settee, space for small desk, double aspect large windows looking out over amazing views.
Electric, Internet, Oil central heating, Water bills included-except Council Tax.
Suggest ideally you need a car to get around easily although there is a bus service in the valley and a mainline train station in Chirk.
Shared kitchen/diner, lounge, and two bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs.
Current housemates are mature quiet adults, one working the other retired.
