I will have a double room available in my 1750's detached country cottage after mid October 16. My current lodger is moving out to buy a new house. There is use of a fully fitted kitchen, lounge, bathroom and free wifi. The property is within 2 minutes of the A55 and 30 minutes drive from Chester or Conwy. It is in a very quiet rural location with landscaped gardens and fine views over the Dee estuary. The cottage has 3 ft thick stone walls and oil central heating plus two log burning fires - all warm & cosy. If you require double occupancy then the rent is £560 per month.
