I own this property. It has a garage, large garden and patio area.

The middle bedroom will available from approx 20 Oct. It has high quality (Sharps) bedroom fitted furniture and double bed. A family bathroom is shared with another resident who works night shift.

There is a downstairs toilet. The kitchen is fitted to a high standard and Lounge / Dining Room available to all. No photo of the Lounge.

Smoking is permitted at the property but only in the garage or outside. Off road parking spaces for four cars

I am looking for a professional person (no couples please) who wants the room for short term (approx 4-5 months till March 2019)

There is a room which can be used for studying. All utility and internet bills are included in the rent.
