My home is about 1 mile from Holywell Town centre, close to the A55 Expressway, with Chester around 30 mins by car to the east and Llandudno a similar time to the west. Meadowbank is a cul de sac, close to open countryside.
The house is cosy, with gas central heating and good insulation. The room has a sunny southerly outlook. It has a double bed, desk with chair, wardrobe and plenty of drawer space.
There is parking on the drive for one car and well established gardens at front, side and especially the rear, with fields beyond at the back.
I have been letting the double and sometimes a single room for a long time and several lodgers have felt at home and stayed happily for literally years.
There is a shared bathroom, cloakroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room and patio overlooking the back garden.
I usually spend several months a year overseas, so the house is quiet and never crowded.
I am a retired solicitor, teacher, author , hotelier and restaurateur.
I pay the Band A council tax, water, gas, electric and broadband charges.
