House share with owner

I have a double room available which is furnished with a three quarters bed and pine wardrobe. Fresh bedding will be provided once a week. The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac close to town and all amenities including easy access to the A55 for commuting. I have off street parking for at least two cars, a garden to the rear and large conservatory. I share the house with my husband and our dogs. We are fairly easy going, I work full time but my husband is retired.
