Double room available Jan 2023 (possibly earlier). The room comes with a double bed and drawers. The house is situated in a village called Hope just between Wrexham and Chester. It has excellent transport links with the train line being a 2 minute walk away. It's a lovely area! With a mountain, lovely walks and a true community feel.

There is sky in the main living room a large living space and dining room. Along with a good sized kitchen with an American fridge freezer. There is a lovely garden area. Off road parking is available.
The shared bathroom is beautifully decorated with a free standing bath and separate shower.

I have had three previous lodgers one female and two male. Rented room for 2yrs, 1.5yrs and 1.5yrs. Left for genuine reasons (bought a property and moved areas). Both have feedback that they really enjoyed living here and felt at home.
