Room to let in Leeswood

Large furnished double room available from 22/04/2012 in 3 bed semi. Off road parking, central heating, washing machine, Sky+ (not in room). I'm not looking for any specific type of person but the only consideration is that my partner has a dog which is here when he is. Non smokers are preferred but smokers are welcome as long as they don't mind hanging out of the french doors for their fix! The house is situated in a small village between Mold and Wrexham, it is within easy commuting distance of Chester (12miles) and Wrexham (10miles).The house is also on the bus routes to Chester, Mold and Wrexham. The village has an excellent Co-op and post office (2 doors up), doctors and most importantly for those who don't cook a chippy, pizza and kebab house just up the street!
