Bedroom has which has stunning views, has its own washbasin and TV. Bedding can be provided on request. Use of garden, kitchen and bathroom included.

Free car parking available and near to hills for walking on weekends.

Vegetarian / vegan preferred but not essential. Must be animal lover as this is a 2 dog household. Owner a Christian and welcomes people of all faith traditions, but lodgers need to be considerate, polite and respectful .This is a quiet household- strictly: no parties, social events, smoking, vaping or drugs allowed on premises .Guests by consent of owner as this is a shared living space.

2 references required ( One must be work or Uni) Minimum let of 6 months.
Lodger’s agreement will be provided. Would suit quiet individual who is wanting to study.
