I have a double room available in a beautiful, large, luxury new build house in a village location, just outside of Mold.

Fantastic location (great for walks, cycling, the hills) - with a local pub at the bottom of the garden!

Offstreet parking and a garage available.

The house is brand new and has all mod cons incl. 2 lounge areas, wetroom, UFH etc.

I'm a working professional and like to spend my weekends on the bike/sports or visiting friends away.

I also have x2 small children who visit/stay regularly!

Room/house would suit a respectful, easy going professional!
