Double room in a 3 floor house available

Hi, I have a spare double bedroom on the 3rd floor available for rent. It's a spacious room that overlooks Castell Dinas Brân. The room is unfurnished aside from a double bed frame. There is off-street parking at the front of the house.

I am an easy going person who likes to chat but also understands one's need for their own space. I'm looking for a housemate that is also easy going and can keep shared spaces clean.
