The house is a family home so my children come and go. All very friendly and are used to having lodgers. Hari, one of my sons lives next door and my daughter Emily comes and stays once a week.
The house belongs to me, Michele. I work part time from home. We have three dogs and cats -extremely friendly animals. Attached to the house, we have 2 acres where horses graze.

Lodger will have own bedroom, and has access to both bathrooms which are shared with me and my daughter when she stays.

Shared living room, kitchen, utility area. Welcome to use my pots, pans and oven etc..

We are situated in Llysfaen, 3 minutes drive to Old Colwyn, 10 to Colwyn Bay. 40 minutes from Bangor and Chester.

Rent is £550 per month inclusive of all bills.
£300 deposit and references are required before moving in.
