As the advert says very large double room to rent in my house which is a large 5 bedroom house located very close to local shops and has great access to the A55 and sits between Llandudno and Colwyn Bay. Currently there are 2 other tenant as well as myself living in the property.
Amenities include broadband, large decking area, garden, garage, utility room, separate TV lounge for tenants fitted with Freesat, large bathroom with separate shower cubicle and a huge kitchen with island and dining table.
The room is partly furnished with a single bed and wardrobe but will take a double and even a super king and leave you plenty of space should you wish to bring your own bed.
The price per week includes all bills (including wifi) and the home benefits from gas central heating and double glazing.
