Single bedroom in quiet village

Hi all, my name is Rachel and I am a 26yr old female who has a room available in Bryn Y Baal (outskirts of Mold)

This is a well kept property and ideally i'm looking for a trustworthy housemate that is respectful, tidy and easy going.

All bills including broadband are part of the asking price of £490 per month. You will be given the spare room and main use of the lounge / kitchen area as I am barely ever home. The room will be furnished and a £400 refundable deposit will be required. It's not the best image of the spare room, however, it will have a single bed, bedside table, clothes rail and storage cupboards that act as a wardrobe.

This is a lovely cottage and I really am barely ever home, so if you want your own space - this is it. I encourage anyone to text or call me to arrange a look around of the property. I am currently in the process of preparing the room and having it painted and making it all lovely.
