Room Available in 2 Bed modern appartment

Hi

We have a room available in a modern 2 bedroom appartment in the centre of Mold. It is close to all shops, bus station and the large Tesco store.
The bedroom is a large double with wardrobe and drawers.
There is a shared bathroom with enclosed shower, wc, wash basin and bath.
The living area is open plan with fully equiped kitchen, dining table, 2 sofas and TV. There is a washing machine provided. A gas boiler provides hot water and central heating. There is a cleaner who cleans the communal space once per week, this does not negate individual responsibility to keep the place clean and tidy.
Rent on both rooms is inclusive of all bills, including cleaner.
You will be sharing the communal space with 1 other housemate, A male in mid 30s working localy.

The appartment is secured by a gated entrance and has ONE allocated parking space within the gated courtyard. There is further on street parking on the local roads outside the gated courtyard.

The house is currently on the market for sale and our aim is to acheive a sale before the end of 2026.
We propose to continue the let on a rolling 2 month notice until we receive an acceptable sale offer.
We understand this arragement doesn't provide long term assurances and we are seeking tenants with short term requirements only. To help our tenants transition we will offer a fully flexible tenancy meaning we will reduce our rights to any notice period to 1 week should you find a better long term housing soloution. We feel this option could be of use to someone moving to the area to use as a base to find their ideal long term soloution.
We will provide each tennant with a 2 month notice period of the tenancy end date (at the point of an acceptable sale offer).
We are responsible landlords who genuinely want to offer high quality accomodation albeit for a relatively short term. As such we will consider all reasonble requests in terms of short term lets and adaptations.
