WE WILL HAVE A ROOM DUE TO BECOME AVAILABLE ON 17 MAY 2026 (IT IS BEDROOM 1 IN THE DESCRIPTION BELOW....

The room is in a modern 2 bedroom appartment in the centre of Mold. It is close to all shops, bus station and the large Tesco store.
Bedroom 1 is a large double with wardrobe and drawers. Rent for Bedroom 1 is £650 pcm.
Bedroom 2 is a standard double with wardrobe space and drawer space. Rent for Bedroom 2 is £550 pcm.
There is a shared bathroom with enclosed shower, wc, wash basin and bath.
The living area is open plan with fully equiped kitchen, dining table, 2 sofas and TV. There is a washing machine provided. A gas boiler provides hot water and central heating.
Rent on both rooms is inclusive of all bills.
The deposit of £200 will be lodged with the Deposit Protection Scheme in line with Tenancy regulations.
The appartment is secured by a gated entrance and has ONE allocated parking space within the gated courtyard. In the event of both tenants having a car the tenant in Bedroom 1 will have sole access to the dedicated parking space. The tenant from bedroom 2 will have to park on the streets outside the appartment complex.
We are happy to consider an individual room basis or from Two people who have already decided to buddy up.
The appartment is availble for a short term let. The intention is to market the property in Spring 2026 with a view to acheiving a sale in Summer 2026.
We propose to continue the let on a rolling 2 month notice until we receive an acceptable sale offer.
We understand this arragement doesn't provide long term assurances and we are seeking tenants with short term requirements only. To help our tenants transition we will offer a fully flexible tenancy meaning we will reduce our rights to any notice period to 2 weeks should you find a better housing soloution. At the same time we will provide tennant with a 2 month notice period of the tenancy end date (at the point of an acceptable sale offer).
We are responsible landlords who genuinely want to offer high quality accomodation albeit for a relatively short term. As such we will consider all reasonble requests in terms of short term lets and adaptations.
